Summary: This position will be responsible for the analysis, investigation, research and forecasting needs of the organization's financial planning.Responsibilities: Work cross functionally to ensure accurate reporting on all financial metrics and key performance indicators Improve financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending actions Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyzes and recommendations Researching and analyzing industries, companies, historical financial statements and projecting financial information. Identify and drive process improvements, growth initiatives, and cost savings initiatives Maintains safe and clean work environment; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.Qualifications: Must have at least two years of work experience in finance, accounting or business operations Must have knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis. Must have broad-based operational experience covering all aspects of the monthly, quarterly and annual close and financial reporting. Must have excellent verbal, written and listening skills and have the ability to provide written and verbal instructions and present information clearly Must be able to pass basic skills assessment for Microsoft Excel and also demonstrate basic skills with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Must be adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events. Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment. Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Must be discreet and able to hold sensitive information confidential. Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.EducationRequiredBachelors or better in AccountingLicenses & CertificationsPreferredCert Public Accountant
