Sr Product Manager, Technical will implement vision, strategy, analysis, customer evangelism, and be a respected professional relationship builder all rolled into a single dynamic package. Join our team as a Sr Product Manager, Technical in a role that blends creativity, strategy, and technology. Your mission? To make a real impact on our customers' and employees lives by guiding the development of an innovative Oracle ERP implementation at T-Mobile, including leading the conversion from an existing ERP to an Oracle suite of products. Experience with Oracle Financials or similar ERP systems is highly desirable. You'll be the innovator behind our internal and external products, platforms, and services, crafting them from initial concept to final launch and beyond! Your expertise in Oracle Financials (ERP) will be instrumental in leading the implementation and migration process, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal utilization of Oracle Financials applications.

You'll lead complementary teams, bringing together different perspectives to create the Oracle Financials solutions to meet the needs of Accounting, Finance, and Tax business partners.

  • Owns product end to end for products or features with high levels of complexity and scope. This includes crafting, managing, maintaining, and communicating product vision and strategy including technical vision and capabilities.
  • Partner with business, internal/external collaborators, and leadership to understand the current customer experience using Oracle and identify areas of opportunity to improve features during conversion and implementation.
  • Conducts analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify product innovation opportunities or root cause of issues, and assess opportunity size and impact. May work with data scientists to answer sophisticated questions or identify meaningful insights from data..
  • Leads conversion from SAP based systems to Oracle product suite, and helping partners work efficiently with new features.Customer Evangelist
    • Build, lead, develop an active VOC feed for themselves and team.
    • Actively looks for opportunities to delight or meet customer's unmet needs.
    • Evangelizes and advocates for the customer both internally (IC through C level) and externally, perpetuating the customer-first demeanor.Product Execution & Technical Delivery
      • Translates product strategy into detailed features and user stories for Dev teams, including crafting prototypes.
      • Collaborates with PM and Dev leaders to design, architect and assemble effective Agile delivery teams in the Agile Release Train and Agile Teams.
      • Runs and maintains efficient flow of just-in-time feature and story elaboration activities across all Agile Teams throughout execution, typically maintaining 2 iterations (Sprints) worth user stories 'ready' for Dev in Team Backlogs.
      • Identifies and addresses ongoing execution, operational, and organizational issues that impede product success, while supporting core agile practices and tenants.Relationship & People, Professional Development
        • Collaborates and develops positive working relationships with many teams, including Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Legal, Supply Chain, and AR/AP.
        • Develops positive working relationships with Customer groups or Customer Representatives to provide ongoing support.Education:
          • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience. (Required)Work Experience:
            • 6+ years experience in hands on technical specs, configuration with Oracle Financials Modules (GL, AR, AP, ARCS, FCCS, etc.) with implementation experience moving from Legacy ERP to Oracle ERP for Financials applications.
            • 6+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. Advanced level understanding of customer experience.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
              • Technology: Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion technologies and components such as configuration, security, performance, optimization, API integration. Advanced knowledge of full Oracle technology stack on which your assigned product runs. Experience with conversions from existing ERP packages such as SAP to Oracle are desired.
              • Agile Methodologies: Demonstrated success in advising matrixed resources and delivering software, with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools, across multiple teams.
              • Agile Project Management Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools.
              • Collaboration Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can apply.
              • Product Management Experience implementing large and complex business/technology conversions as Product Manager or lead technology role.
              • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders. (Required)
              • Fluent with one or more Oracle Financials modules (Oracle GL, AP, AR, FCCS, FAH ARCS, etc.
              • Knowledge and experience with integration patterns, with Oracle OIC, API's, and protocols such as REST, EDI, SOAP, etc.
              • Fluent with SQL, Tableau, other analytical solutions like SAS, SPSS.
              • Licenses and Certifications:
              • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Scrum Product Owner Certification (CSPO) (Preferred)
              • Oracle Financials Modules* At least 18 years of age
