Job Description:
Finance Assistant Topeka, KS 9-12 Months Pay: $18-20 per hour
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Support the Hill s R&D
Finance team with Purchase Order Management Follow up with
stakeholders regarding purchase orders, goods receipts, and vendor
invoices Run and distribute system-generated reports Attend monthly
Accounts Payable meetings and follow up on unresolved issues
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Sr. Finance Analyst and
Finance Manager Minimum Education: High School Diploma Required
Experience & Qualifications: Prior experience in accounting,
banking, or purchasing preferred Strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills
