Industry experience in real estate or construction is preferred. Licensed CPA. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar area of study. What You Will Be Doing - Conduct in-depth reviews of client financial documents to identify potential tax savings, deductions, and credit - Prepare complex tax returns for businesses and their owners - Assist with tax planning, projections, and compliance strategies for clients' long-term financial goals - Analyze financial statements and business operations to recommend tax strategies that optimize clients' tax positions - Assist and supervise entry-level staff What You Need for this Position - 5 years of public accounting experience with an emphasis in tax - Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Licencsed CPA - 3 years of managerial experience - Public Accounting experience within Real Estate or Construction industries - Experience in foreign reporting, audit provision, and/or multi-state tax reporting What's In It for You - $110k - $140k base salary bonus - Career advancement path to Partner level Benefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k matching Bonus Relocation - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
