to $27ph. LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a client who is
seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Trust Operations
Coordinator to support the daily processing needs of the fiduciary
accounts. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate
handling of trust transactions, income processing, cash movements,
and securities-related activity. The ideal candidate is comfortable
working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on
accuracy, compliance, and client service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transaction & Income Processing Process and reconcile trust income,
dividends, interest, fees, and other financial activity. Review and
verify transaction data for accuracy and completeness. Support the
posting of cash receipts, disbursements, and journal entries.
Securities & Account Operations Assist with recording and
reconciling security trades, asset transfers, and corporate
actions. Monitor pending transactions, ensuring timely settlement
and proper documentation. Maintain accurate account records and
support daily balancing of trust systems. Compliance & Reporting
Follow internal controls and regulatory requirements related to
fiduciary operations. Prepare periodic account statements, reports,
and audit requests. Identify discrepancies and coordinate
resolution with internal teams or external partners. Client & Team
Support Provide operational support to trust officers, wealth
advisors, and investment teams. Respond to routine inquiries
regarding accountancy activity, documentation, or processing
timelines. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance
workflow efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS: 1-3 years of experience in
trust operations, banking, investment operations, or financial
services. Strong understanding of financial transactions and basic
accounting principles. High attention to detail with excellent
organizational skills. Ability to work with sensitive information
and maintain confidentiality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and
financial/accounting systems. Experience with trust accounting
systems (e.g., FIS TrustDesk, SEI, Accutrust, Fi-Tek, etc.)
Knowledge of securities, corporate actions, and settlement
processes. Familiarity with fiduciary regulations and compliance
standards. Pay Details: $27.00 per hour Search managed by: Claire
