Kansas City and the surrounding areas. Role Description We are a
rapidly growing company looking for an individual who wants to grow
with a company. We specialize in foundation repair, specialty
concrete, structural repairs and PolyJacking. We offer multiple
opportunities to attend paid conferences and receive certifications
for growth. You would be paid weekly. This is a full-time, on-site
role for an Executive Office Assistant located in Overland Park,
KS. The Executive Office Assistant will be responsible for
administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, handling office
equipment, and performing clerical duties. The role requires
excellent communication skills and the ability to provide
administrative assistance to various departments within the
organization. Qualifications Excellent Phone Etiquette and
Communication skills Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical
Skills Proficiency with Office Equipment Excellent organizational
skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in
a team Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus High
school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an
Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Emails Research
and Development Customer Communication and development Scheduling
Meetings/ arrangements Permitting Forming reports and data entry
