In this vital role, you'll respond to water damage emergencies, assess situations, and restore residential and commercial properties. Restoration: Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and sanitization. Material Removal: Remove damaged materials (carpet, drywall, flooring). Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and company policies. Schedule: Full-time (M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) with on-call duties . Expect extended hours, evenings, and weekends during high demand. Bonuses for on-call, premium pay for extended hours Qualifications: Education: High school diploma/equivalent Experience: Proven water damage restoration or similar industry experience Technical Skills: Proficient with industry equipment and hand/power tools Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal skills and reliability. Physical: Able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, work in confined spaces. Licensing: Valid driver's license, clean record, reliable transportation. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible and additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
