We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Structural Engineer with proven experience leading structural design and managing teams. Design a solid foundation with us: $160k - $200k base salary plus bonus Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401k, and dental insurance Gorgeous office located on a small lake Your Structural Plan for Success: Lead the complete structural framing to support structures with experience in structural steel Perform structural analysis and design on a variety of complex projects Supervise design and detailing staff assigned to a project Ensure that quality control checking is performed on all aspects of a project Develop man-hour estimates or prepare concept design for prospective projects Stay current with practices and programs in Structural Engineering.
