Job Description Job Description Summary – Field Service Technician – Water Pumps: We're hiring a Wastewater Field Technician to service, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair wastewater pump systems in the field. Pay & Benefits – Field Service Technician – Water Pumps Competitive compensation with progressive wages Medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance 401k with company match Holiday pay Paid overtime for any hours over 8 worked in a day (regardless of whether or not you work over 40 hours in the week) Double time pay for work on Holidays of Sundays Ample opportunity for overtime during the busy seasons and year round work available Company vehicle and tools provided Ongoing training and certification support Stable, long-term employment in an essential industry Work in a recession-resistant, essential industry Be part of a team that protects communities and the environment What You'll Do – Field Service Technician – Water Pumps Service, inspect, and maintain wastewater pump stations, lift stations, and control panels Diagnose and repair submersible pumps, grinders, floats, alarms, and valves Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and failures Respond to service calls and emergency repairs as needed Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in the field Complete service reports and communicate findings with customers and supervisors Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards What We're Looking For – Field Service Technician – Water Pumps Experience working with wastewater systems, pump systems, or industrial equipment Mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently in field environments Comfortable lifting equipment and working in confined or outdoor spaces Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred (but not required): Wastewater certification or willingness to obtain Experience with lift stations, submersible pumps, or SCADA systems Background in plumbing, electrical, or industrial maintenance IND1
