Aligns stakeholders and initiatives across the business, promotes reusable design, challenges the status quo, frames decisions, negotiates good outcomes and does what it takes to deliver. Plays a key role in shaping T-Mobile's strategic product portfolio by applying expertise in strategic analysis, business architecture, functional, technical and organizational interdependencies. Responsible for all Business process design and drives all Product lifecycle aspects on behalf of TFB product. Responsible and accountable for the Discovery phase of TFB Product lifecycle.Job Responsibilities:

  • Connects business strategies to technology domains for delivery, leveraging well-defined structure of T-Mobile business processes, products and capabilities.
  • Captures the tactical and strategic business goals that provide traceability through the organization and are mapped to metrics that provide ongoing governance.
  • Applies a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the business unit in the context of the enterprise.
  • Enumerates, analyzes, catalogs, and suggests improvements to the strategic, core and support processes of the business unit, as needed, to support strategic and operational goals.
  • Defines the data elements shared between this business unit and other units in the enterprise and the relationships between those data elements and processes, people, systems, and other data elements.

  • Enumerates, analyzes, and suggests improvements to the structural relationships of the business. This requires the creation and maintenance of an ongoing model of roles, capabilities and business units, the decomposition of those business units into subunits, and the interplay between these units in various business processes, materials, people, and systems.
  • Seeks to understand how people, processes, and technology interact to perform the fundamental activities of the business in both current and future states, and model these interactions to guide technology strategy to better achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the business.
  • Works cross-functionally to understand the linkage between T-Mobile's business goals, business architectures, and requirements frameworks.
  • Demonstrates ability to be a thought leader in the application and scaling of new and useful ideas and mental models. Optimizes separate technologies, assets, and vertical departments to optimize the flow of products and services through entire value streams.
  • Effectively manages team to achieve results by providing appropriate direction, timely developmental feedback and coaching, and conducting performance reviews and conversations.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or a related field. (Required)
  • Work Experience:
  • 7-10 years Related work experience. ()
  • 2-4 years Experience in a leadership role. ()
  • Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques. ()
  • Extensive experience planning and deploying either business or IT initiatives (preference for both). ()
  • Experience developing and using these high-level models as required to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business. ()
