Responsibilities:

• Leads the product end to end as well as roadmap at the technology/functional level.
• Ability to drive data/metrics through JIRA to track team performance and identify better opportunities for the team.
• Partners with business and internal/external collaborators to understand current customer experiences, identifies areas of opportunity, build and lead product vision and strategy.
• Leads product backlog and priorities with our business and technology partners by leading grooming sessions partnering with key resources.
• Views the "big picture" of challenges impacting the customer experience, including the technical, functional, process, and policy considerations, and creatively defines solutions to those challenges.
• Advises and evangelizes a strong customer focus and customer experience that aligns decision-making with-IT investment choices and prioritization.
• Works with business to identify and articulate initiative scope, benefits and return on investment.
• Collaborates with all levels of partners to plan and lead product releases.
  
  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  
  • 5+ years of relevant Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, and System Analyst experience in an agile software product development environment.
  • Shown success in delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong requirements elicitation, and validated writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences.
  • Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools.
  • Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can ingest.
  • Experience in delivering large and sophisticated business/technology initiatives.
  • Proven track record to optimally and efficiently connect with Leadership, technical and non-technical audiences while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven track record identifying/analyzing/synthesizing product use data and use the data to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.

    Base Pay Range: $103,400 - $186,400
    
    Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
    
    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
    
    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
