Job Summary:

Nurse (RN). -Olathe Health nurses provide high quality

Minimum Requirements:
--- Have a two-year Associate's Degree - graduate from an
accredited school of nursing
--- Four-year Bachelor's Degree - Obtain BSN within 3 years of
hire
--- Organizational, Verbal Communication, Assessment, Ability to
Multi Task and Prioritize, Customer Relations & Critical
Thinking/Reasoning
--- Maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in
accordance with the Kansas Nurse Licensure Compact required upon
hire
--- Healthcare Provider CPR - (American Heart Association or
American Red Cross); required with 7 days from date of hire
--- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 90 days
from date of hire -
Key Responsibilities:
--- Uses the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/plan,
implementation, evaluation) to plan and provide individualized
patient care
--- Communicate effectively with patients, family members, peers
and other healthcare colleagues
--- Identify process issues that create barriers to effective
patient care and provide feedback to potential resolution ideas
--- Be a team player who is also able to autonomously complete
their expected duties
--- Exhibit excellent customer service skills, bed side manner and
the ability to communicate and build relationships with the
patient, patient's family members and other colleagues
