Responsibilities: - Develop and oversee individualized ABA
treatment plans. - Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and
support. - Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as
needed. - Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to
ensure client success. - Maintain compliance with ethical and
regulatory standards. Compensation and Schedule: - Pay Range: $55 -
$95/hour - Part-Time and Full-Time Available - Shifts: Flexible,
based on your availability - Location: Kansas Skills and
Qualifications: - Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
certification required. - Master’s degree in Applied Behavior
Analysis or related field. - Experience supervising RBTs and
implementing ABA programs. - Strong leadership, organizational, and
interpersonal skills. - Passion for making a meaningful difference
