Description Specialization: Emergency Medicine Job Summary:
Centerpoint Medical Center is recruiting emergency medicine
physicians for our new freestanding emergency department (FSED) in
Independence, Missouri. Physicians who join the freestanding
emergency department may choose to rotate through the main
emergency department of Centerpoint Medical Center. Qualified
Candidates: Board certified/board eligible in emergency medicine
(ABEM or AOBEM) 60-hours physician coverage daily; 10-hour shifts
58 hours of APP Coverage Monday- Friday 48 hours APP coverage
Saturday- Sunday 65,000 emergency medicine visits in a 42-bed,
Level II Trauma Center Rapid Care Unit open 24/7 ATLS, ACLS & PALS
required Ability to obtain Missouri medical licensure
