Specialty: Pain Medicine Start date: Dec End date: Dec Coverage type: Scheduled Clinic Hours Call Schedule: PLEASE NOTE THAT CANDIDATES DO NOT NEED TO HAVE AN ACTIVE KS LICENSE BUT DO NEED TO HAVE A CLEAN MALPRACTICE TO OBTAIN A LICENSE QUICKLY The dates we need coverage is December 22 at 5pm December 27th at 8am Will you accept Multiple providers Prefer Not to Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital Available for clinic questions/refills Monday-Friday 8am-5pm,seeing clinic pts approx 3-4 hrs per day, Hospital 24/7 Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital Clinic Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Hospital 7 days per week, 24hr for calls, rounding during the day Number of patients seen per day in clinic No more than 6 Call Night /Weekend - Yes What is the Number of phone Consults 24/7 What are the days for Call Mon-Sunday 24/7 What Time does the Call start 24/7 What Time does Call end 24/7 What support staff is available - PA- 30 HRS PER WEEK Age of patients - 18 OLDER Inpatient /Outpatient - both Type of Charting /EMR - Epic Board Certified or Board Eligible - Yes Is Fellowship required No Reason For Need - Physicain is going on vacation How Long Does Credentialing Take - 60 days Are Temp Privileges Granted - Will be Travel and Lodging (is there a Corp Rate somewhere?) Residence Inn Schedule you need filled Last 2 weeks of May Rounding Yes Average Number of Admissions per shift - 0-3 Any Additional information you feel may be useful to the recruiters Provider will need to be comfortable filling pain medications & controlled substances for out patients ( provider will have access to patients chart) Notes: Minimum board Eligible EMR System: Epic
