We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Critical Care Medicine physician for a 90-day locum tenens assignment in Missouri. This opportunity begins on Dec 29, 2025, and offers a flexible schedule of approximately 12-14 shifts per month, with some months requiring more or fewer shifts. The assignment focuses on advanced critical care procedures and acute patient management in a dynamic clinical environment. Job Details - Location: Missouri - Start Date: Dec 29, 2025 - LOA: 90 days - Provider Type Needed: Critical Care Medicine Physician - Schedule: Approximately 12-14 shifts monthly, with variability depending on the month Responsibilities and Duties - Perform ventilation management, including invasive procedures (ETT/NT/Tracheostomy) - Conduct bronchoscopies - Evaluate and manage acute volume and blood pressure issues - Place dialysis catheters Additional Information - Must be board certified or board eligible in Critical Care Medicine - Current Missouri medical license required - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required - Assignment allows for scheduled holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day Benefits - Strong compensation - Travel-related expenses covered - A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided - Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
