Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Lees Summit, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,345 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Lees Summit, Missouri, 64086! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year Hospice experience depending on the specialty. License: Must have license in hand. Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: Recent specialty experience in Home Health or Hospice. Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS within the last 6 months. Willingness to travel up to 75 miles. Valid driver's license and automobile insurance. Description: Provides and coordinates the provision of home nursing care according to physician's orders. Responsible for the application of the nursing process based on agency policies and procedures. Directly supervises and evaluates Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses. Conducts home visits and participates in periodic office meetings. Must have reliable transportation and current driver's license. Responsible for documentation and care coordination for an average of 5-8 patients per day. Expected to reach weekly productivity points totaling 30. Weekend coverage and on-call responsibilities may be required. Documentation must be completed within 24 hours of each appointment. No guaranteed hours; traveling nurses must be flexible with patient assignments. All documentation impacting billing and follow-up care must be completed timely.
