Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Operating Room Location: Topeka, KS Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $2,672 to $2,866 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Thrive Staffing to find a qualified CVOR RN in Topeka, Kansas, 66604! Job Title RN, CVOR City/State: Topeka, Kansas Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM with call. 1-2 overnight 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM call during the week and every other weekend Friday 7:00 PM - Monday 7:00 AM. Contract Length: 26 weeks Start Date: 03/09/2026 Job Description: RNs will be involved in a wide range of surgical cases, from routine to urgent and trauma procedures, including both pre-operative and post-operative care. Will work general cases and CVOR cases. Responsibilities: Involvement in a range of surgical cases from routine to urgent and trauma. Pre-operative and post-operative care. Work on general cases and Cardiothoracic Surgery cases including bypass surgery. Requirements: BLS, ACLS, CNOR - CCI Verification required. Bypass surgery experience - coronary artery bypass. Experience with Epic EMR. Black scrubs dress code. No first-time travelers.
