Job Description Physical Therapist (PT) A Physical Therapist (PT) is needed in Platte Woods, MO. Salary and Benefits Full Time and Part-Time options available Full Time Salary Range $75,000 - $83,500 (depending on experience) Part-Time Salary is $55/hr (3 years), $45/hr (1-2 years) Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 8 Paid Holidays Paid Time Off – 15 Days in 1st year, front loaded Retirement Package – 401(K) up to 3% match Work / Life Balance Opportunity to move into Clinical Director or Operations role Multidisciplinary collaborative team environment Autonomy Responsibilities Full Time is Monday - Friday (8am-4:30pm) Part-Time is up to 24 hours per week Clinic Based, Pediatric Position Average of 7 full day clients as well as single service clients to meet efficiency Conduct physical therapy evaluations of clients referred to physical therapy Conduct re-evaluations of patients on a regular basis, as recommended Conduct individual and/or group therapy sessions according to individual needs Supervise PTAs and/or occupational therapy students and maintain documentation and records as outlined Operate all therapy equipment according to manufacturer and clinic guidelines Opportunity to move into Clinical Director or Operations roles for career progression Professional Development and support to providers in their specific areas of interest Requirements Licensed Physical Therapist in Missouri required Bachelors level degree or above Clear and Active PT License in the State of Missouri Must be able to obtain and maintain a CPR Certification Preferred 1-2 years of experience working with the pediatric population About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that is bridging the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
