Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Duration: Ongoing - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Staff Position Overview NorTek Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Baylor Weekend Program – Full-Time Nights opportunity in Overland Park, Kansas. This role offers nurses the chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive hospital environment while working a specialized weekend-focused schedule. This position is ideal for nurses who are passionate about hands-on patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and making a meaningful impact during critical overnight hours. You will work under the guidance of nursing leadership in a team-oriented setting that values professional growth, clinical excellence, and compassionate service.
