Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites dedicated nursing professionals to apply
for the position of Clinical Nurse Coordinator Intensive Care. This
pivotal role ensures the delivery of exceptional care, fostering an
environment that prioritizes patient well-being and operational
efficiency. The coordinator directs daily operations in the
Intensive Care Unit (ICU), managing staff activities and
collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Oversee day-to-day
operations of the Intensive Care Unit to ensure efficient care
delivery. Coordinate patient care, assessing needs, planning
interventions, and evaluating outcomes. Lead and mentor nursing
staff, fostering a collaborative environment and facilitating
ongoing professional development. Implement and monitor compliance
with healthcare standards, policies, and regulations. Participate
in multidisciplinary rounds, providing critical insight and
coordination of care. Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team
and patient interactions In-depth knowledge of ICU protocols and
standards Ability to make quick and informed decisions under

Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
