Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Must have completed ABA Therapy
training and have a minimum 1 years ABA Therapy experience.

considered. An educational setting in Kansas City, KS is seeking a
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on a contract basis to support
students with behavioral needs. This role involves working closely
with behavior analysts and school staff to implement individualized
treatment plans aimed at improving student outcomes through
evidence-based behavioral interventions. Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervising
behavior analysts Collect and record data on student behavior and
progress Assist in teaching social, communication, and daily living
skills Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for
students Collaborate with educators and therapists to support
student success Qualifications: Current certification as a
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience working with
children in educational or clinical settings preferred Strong
communication and data collection skills Ability to follow
treatment plans with fidelity and adapt as needed Professionalism
and a commitment to ethical standards in behavior analysis
