Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day warehouse activities Directly supervises 3 to 12 employees in the assembly Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules. Recommend measures to improve production methods and quality of the product. Delegates tasks to the team members. Overseeing progress towards goals. Coaching team members Complete reports and records on time Ensures compliance with safety, security, and company policies Additional duties may be assigned - - Requirements: High school degree or GED equivalent. One year of experience in a similar position. Strong Organizational and planning skills.
