Starting Salary: $41,000-60,000 based on experience
What you'll be doing:

  Partner with cross-functional departments & vendors to ensure accurate data across all platforms to ensure a positive customer shopping journey.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with various support departments to implement customer expectations & requirements.
  
  
• 
  Build relationships and gain knowledge of vendor networks and their capabilities.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate self-initiative and independent decision-making skills to resolve site and customer service concerns.
  
  
• 
  Utilizes effective communication skills to develop and present recommendations to improve processes, procedures, and execution.
  
  
• 
  Manages independent workload to meet deadlines.
  
  
  What you bring to the table:

  • 
    Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    
    
  • 
    Ability to execute tasks and projects with a sense of urgency, accuracy, attention to detail, and effective communication.

    Ability to analyze, interpret and provide action plans and/or recommendations.
    
    
  • 
    Flexibility, adaptability, and positive attitude.
    
    
  • 
    Experience and knowledge working with products and/or merchandising assortments.
    
    
  • 
    Experience and knowledge of managing product data hierarchy are considered a plus.
    
    
  • 
    Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word).
    
    
    Qualifications :
    What's needed- Basic Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • 
      4+ years of Merchandising, Product, or eCommerce management experience.
      
      
    • 
      Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
      
      
    • 
      System experience and knowledge.
      
      
    • 
      Good customer relations and communication skills including verbal and written.
