Job DescriptionOur insurance firm is looking for an experienced insurance recruiter to help us with our hiring needs and find the right people to continue to grow and expand. You'll network with up-and-coming insurance professionals, identify top talent, and recruit them to our agency before the competition. • Review resume submissions and make sure the most promising candidates are flagged for consideration
• Develop an effective, agency-wide hiring process that will consistently attract top talent
• Facilitate salary and benefit package discussions as needed
• Collaborate with division leadership to prepare and post new job listings, for the general public and internal candidates
• Coordinate interviews and skills testing with qualified candidates
  • Communicate with department management and give daily, weekly, and monthly updatesQualifications:
    • Excellent networking skills and the ability to attract top talent during the recruiting process
    • Must be able to draft and develop compelling, concise job descriptions
    • 3-5 years of applicable recruiting experience in the insurance industry
    • Interviewing skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are needed for this role
    • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required
