Reporting to the Sr Manager/Manager, Accounts Payable, the Accounts
Payable Sr Analyst will work within the Source to Pay (STP) team to
initially assist in implementing new areas within the Finance,
Procurement & Supply Chain (FP&SC) Magenta Services group to
develop continuous process improvements, procedure documentation,
and reports to achieve industry best practices.
This position will be responsible for and will support:
* Process design, implementation, and quality control monitoring
using appropriate methods to identify the opportunities, implement
solutions, and measure impact.
* Compliance activities such as Accounts Payable reconciliation,
ERP reporting, and anti-fraud controls.
* Seeking out opportunities for operational improvement and
provides compelling business cases for change with proven cost
savings or efficiencies.
* Facilitating ACH Payment run, working with our Payment Run
processor, Treasury, Suppliers and the Enterprise to ensure success
at each step of ACH processing, including onboarding.
This position works closely with internal and external partners and
must be comfortable championing ideas and processes to a diverse
audience and will require the ability to take direction on business
issues, evaluate the necessary deliverables needed to address the
business issue, implement any necessary changes, and accurately
evaluate the impact on other areas while ensuring compliance with
company policy and procedure.Job Responsibilities:
- Interface with all T-Mobile departments, vendors and customers
as needed to continue work processes. Identifies opportunities and
takes action to build strategic relationships.
- Identify and communicate methods of improvement regarding both
internal policies and the immediate impact on external customer
relationships. Works with Lead, Manager and Sr Manager to implement
change.
- Develop subject matter expertise for multi-faceted problems and
deliver simplified solutions.
- Facilitate ACH Payment Run
- Account management of high visibility, highly sensitive
Supplier relationships (Apple, Samsung, etc).
- Lead Operational projects - design, communicate with Senior
Leadership for buyoff, implement, track and report.
- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by
business management as needed.Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)Work Experience:
- 4-7 years Analytical experience, Intermediate PC/Technical
skills.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
