This individual is an experienced, sophisticated thought leader
with deep operational experience that is capable of thriving
independently to solve technically complex issues, adhere to
foreign investor regulations and physical security protocols.
Drives enterprise-wide compliance with, as well as the ongoing
preparation, testing and monitoring of conformance to, the
requirements of national security agreements, rules and
regulations. Regularly surveys internal operations, controls,
communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation
as related to national security compliance and drives appropriate
changes. Manages and supports internal and external audits related
to national security. Leads compliance activities to identify,
evaluate, disclose and appropriately remedy risks and deficiencies.
Coordinates official responses for federal agency submissions from
all areas of T-Mobile. Serve as point of contact for interactions
with federal investors for defined matters.What you'll do in your
role.
- Manage technically complex issues and exercise judgement in
driving methods, techniques, and evaluation for national security
compliance related activities and implementation of quality
assurance.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of robust physical
security protocols to ensure ongoing compliance with national
security compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain robust processes for onboarding,
reporting and direct management of foreign investor relationships,
ensuring compliance.
- Owns and manages communication to convey national security
compliance regulations internally and externally.
- Drafts regular updates for leadership review and awareness (POC
for interactions with T-Mobile Executives, Board Members and
Federal Investors).
- Designs and delivers comprehensive compliance training programs
to ensure internal and external adherence. Drafts regular updates
for leadership review and awareness (POC for interactions with
T-Mobile Executives, Board Members and federal agencies).
- Responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business
management as needed.The experience you'll bring.
- Bachelor's Degree
- This role requires U.S. citizenship.
- 7-10 years' experience in one or more of the related fields;
telecommunications, audit, compliance, government, security.
- 2-4 years' experience Network, IT or Supply Chain.
- Experience with audit and/or compliance related activity.
- Experience with national security compliance.
- Experience interfacing with Federal or State Government.
- Experience supervising others.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel),
SharePoint, Power Automate and the ability to quickly become
proficient in new tools
- Strong written and verbal communications skills and experience
presenting to Executive levels.
- Works well independently.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
preferred.
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
preferred.Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
preferred.* At least 18 years of age* Legally authorized to work in

Individuals hired into this role will be required to submit

hire - failure to do so will result in termination.Base Pay Range:
$77,800 - $140,300Corporate Bonus Target: 15%The pay range above is
the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role.
The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various
factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so
the actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile,
employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an
annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their
role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus
based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at
a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses
