Job Description:
PEC1 is seeking a dynamic Team Lead to oversee our Engineering &
Architecture department, focusing on developing and leading
cybersecurity solutions for critical national infrastructure. Our
ideal candidate will be at the forefront of combating emerging
cyber threats, leveraging deep technical expertise to drive
innovation and protect vital systems. As a Team Lead at PEC1, you
will shape strategic initiatives and guide a team of skilled
engineers to architect robust cybersecurity frameworks tailored to
both governmental and private sectors. Lead a team of engineers in
the design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions tailored
to specific client needs within government and private sectors.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budget allocations to
ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Ensure
compliance with national and international standards for
cybersecurity and infrastructure protection. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity solutions with
existing architectures. Provide technical mentorship and guidance
to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work
environment. Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and
technologies to enhance the company’s service offerings. Conduct
regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure alignment
with departmental and organizational goals. Strong leadership
abilities and experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering
teams. In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards
(e.g., ISO 27001, NIST). Proficiency in architectural design tools
and cybersecurity software. Excellent problem-solving skills and
ability to think strategically under pressure. Strong communication
and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and
