Legal Services Sales Representative

Are you good at sales? Do you hate cold calling and prefer hot leads? Do you enjoy helping people?

We are looking for a talented salesperson who has experience selling luxury goods or services, and who is willing to train with our firm on how to effectively sell legal services. We are looking for a person who is motivated by money, who is motivated to help people facing serious legal consequences, and who is motivated to help people. We are looking for a person who seeks to earn as much as possible based on their success in sales.

This position is for a Legal Services Sales Representative to sell legal services to our potential clients. This person also needs to be creative and able to create and implement marketing strategies and cultivate new relationships in order to generate potential new client leads.

Responsibilities:
The Legal Services Sales Representative will meet with potential new clients (PNCs) and utilize our Client Relations Management (CRM) software and also conduct initial and follow-up consultations with PNCs. -
The Legal Services Sales Representative will:
--- Document the sales data in spreadsheets
--- Lead the team to meet their sales goals, and coach them to improve their results
--- Collect in-depth information about the PNCs and how we can help them
--- Explore PNC's legal issues, concerns, and life pressures to determine if they fit our A+ client profile and to assure the Firm can assist them with their legal concern
--- Show compassion to PNCs for their circumstances and legal hurdles
--- Help PNCs to be good clients of the Firm and to understand the value of hiring our Firm in relation to the cost of legal services
--- Conduct regular Smile and Dial calls with current and former clients
--- Follow up with PNCs who chose not to retain the Firm's services to determine what factors played a role in their decision making
--- Implement Firms' client onboarding process
--- Follow the Firms' policies and procedures on how to communicate effectively with PNCs
--- Implement Firm owner's sales strategy and create effective intake and sales procedures as needed
--- Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities regarding sales
--- Provide regular reports to the Firm owner as directed
--- Collaborate with the Firm owner and staff to improve customer service by the Firm
--- The selected candidate must be able to keep detailed records, manage spreadsheets, and nurture relationships with PNCs

Qualifications:
This is a high-level Legal Services Sales Representative position that requires you to discuss realistic but expensive cost points with people whose lives have been turned upside down by the legal system. - -As such, this position requires an enormous amount of maturity and sensitivity as well as a high emotional IQ. -
We believe a sale is a service we do for our potential new clients to educate them and to help them think through their options as they make courageous and sometimes scary decisions about their future.
We believe in consultative selling where we help our potential new clients make sense of their situation, weigh their options, and make important and sometimes painful decisions.
We really believe that, even if we decide not to accept the case, every potential new client should leave our office better off for having met with us.

What We're Looking For:
--- Must be confident, articulate, diplomatic, and willing to speak frankly to the PNC when needed -
--- Must be able to bring PNCs to the point of signing a legal services agreement with the Firm and committing to retain the services of the Firm
--- Must be self-motivated and self-directed to achieve his or her professional goals, as well as the Firm's goals
--- Must be knowledgeable and proficient with iOS and Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
--- Must be comfortable with technology to support your work and learn new software
--- Must be willing to invest in their own career and attend training and seminars

Education and Experience:
--- Skills and experience are required and valued; experience selling services is ideal but not required
--- Personality, character, intelligence, and integrity will be paramount considerations
--- The ideal -candidate has extensive experience selling high-end products like jewelry, cars, real estate, luxury apparel, insurance, or similar products
--- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. -While we don't require a formal degree, we do require that the right candidate have a high degree of intelligence (academic and emotional), acumen, and sophistication in order to build trusting relationships with PNCs in a short amount of time
--- Real-life experience and a few "battle scars" that resulted in real empathy and understanding of people and life problems are a plus

Compensation: -
Includes a base salary plus performance-based incentives giving a true salesperson six-figure earning potential. Base salary will include a period of paid training that includes legal sales training during a 90-day probationary period.
Following the successful completion of the 90-day probationary period, full-time employment benefits include 3 weeks paid time off, health insurance coverage (paid 100% by the Firm for the employee only after 60 days of employment), and participation in the Firm's SIMPLE IRA retirement plan, which includes up to 3% match of the employee's salary by the Firm.
