Job Description: -Responsible for leading and working with team members including assigning work, training, and reviewing quality of work -Monitoring employee attendance and productivity, and taking steps to improve performance where necessary -Ensure all employees are utilizing all safety precautions and maintaining safe work environment -Communicating concerns, updates, and completion timelines (with site management and customer) Pay Range: $18.00 - $18.00 per hour Pay Scale: Not applicable Shift: Monday to Sunday 11:00 PM - Finish Equipment Experience: Forklift (stand-up and sit-down) and EPJ Job Requirements: -2 years of warehouse experience preferred -6 months or more of Warehouse/Distribution team lead experience -Proficiency in MS Office Products required (Outlook, Word and Excel) -Understanding of and experience working with Warehouse Management Systems -Experience with basic data entry / time and attendance tracking -Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written -Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment – continuously lifting and moving up to 50lbs. -Forklift, electric pallet jack, or other warehouse material handling equipment certification preferred -Meet/lead/inspire fast-paced productivity goals and standards -Excellent customer service required -Overtime/Weekends will be required during peak/seasonal volumes -Ability to work in various climate conditions (potentially including cooler/freezers) -Standing 8 to 10 hours per day -Effective communication skills -Safety shoes are required -Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time -Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check -Other duties as assigned Benefits: -Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for employees and their families -Retirement Plans: A 401k with employer matching -Voluntary benefits: Life, accident, and disability products available for employee and dependents Bonus Eligibility: Internal Employee Referral Program up to $500, Team Lead Bonus Eclipse Advantage is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, reproductive health decision-making, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, sexual orientation, veteran or military status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
