Job Description Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description Accurately and efficiently process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring that all products are properly stored, picked, and packaged for delivery. Responsibilities Receive and process incoming shipment trucks, record and check in merchandise and materials, mark appropriately, and check for damages. Sort, move, and place materials from receiving or storage areas to the appropriate designated area. Accurately read and assemble customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions from stock. Determine if items need to be relocated to a holding area, moved to the designated route driver storage area, distributed, and/or shipped. Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies. Prepare parcels for mailing. Keep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure the safety and accessibility of routes for employees and customers. Work Environment Non-climate controlled environment involving picking, unloading, and loading trailers. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
