Job Description:
ConGlobal Industries, Inc., a leader in the shipping and
transportation sector, is seeking a dedicated Intermodal Equipment
Operator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in handling
equipment operations that facilitate the movement and storage of
containers and other cargo within our intermodal facilities. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of
equipment and ensuring efficient handling of cargo in compliance
with safety and operational standards. This position offers an

Operate and maintain various types of heavy machinery and equipment
used for lifting, moving, and storing containers and cargo. Inspect
equipment for safety issues and perform routine maintenance to
ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with other team members
to enhance the efficiency of intermodal operations. Adhere to
safety guidelines and regulatory compliance for equipment operation
and cargo handling. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety
incidents to management promptly. Assist in the training of new
staff on equipment operation and safety protocols. Proficiency in
operating heavy lifting equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and
hoists. Strong understanding of safety regulations and operational
protocols in a transportation depot. Ability to perform minor
repairs and adjustments on machinery. Excellent coordination and
communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to
multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental

Other relevant machinery certifications are highly desirable.
