Job Description:
This position is responsible for ensuring consumer accounts for
Compass Health Network are accurately maintained in the Department
of Mental Health's electronic health record and billing system. As
well as provide administrative support to the revenue department as
needed.
Responsibilities Include:
--- Enters all pertinent information in the consumer account in the
state system accurately & timely.--- Identifies level changes with
programs as needed.--- Completes consumer discharge in the state
system accurately & timely.--- Communicate with clinical and
administrative staff regarding missing forms or information in our
internal system.--- Contact outside agencies as needed to obtain
discharges so we can complete our admissions.--- Work reports to
ensure consumer records have all pertinent information for their
state account for billing.--- Assist Billing Specialists as
needed.--- Other duties as assigned.
