BE PART OF THE CONNECTION - -As a---Customer Service Fraud Investigator, your focus is applying fact-finding methods to investigate potential fraudulent activity. You'll seek to achieve the optimal balance between customer experience and fraud prevention through interaction with callers. It'll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other! - -WHAT OUR FRAUD INVESTIGATORS ENJOY MOST -

• Evaluating and processing identity theft and customer validation claims -
• Assisting team leaders with escalated issues -
• Identifying and presenting opportunities for improved operational procedures -
• Working on a wide variety of investigations -
  WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM - -Required Qualifications -
  • Experience: Fraud training: 3 years, Resolving difficult and escalated issues: 3 years -
  • Education: High school diploma or GED -
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of cable/telecom operations, detection and analysis, and laws/regulations related to fraud and risk management - -
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with coworkers and customers - -
  • Schedule: Some travel required - -Preferred Qualifications -
    • Ability to solve practical problems with a variety of concrete variables and limited standardization - -
    • Extensive knowledge of billing cycles and cross divisional procedures -
