Job Description:

We are a busy private optometric office. Our mission is to provide "Excellence in Eyecare" as we provide routine and medical eyecare, contact lens fittings and assist clents in eyewear selection. We are seeking a new Front Desk Associate to join our team. Your role will be to greet clients as the enter and exit the office. Answer a multi-line phone system, prepare charts for exams and appointments and present contact lens supplies once product is finalized. All employees are cross trained in one other department to help out during busy times or when other employees need to be out for planned time off. Front desk associates are trained to help out in the clinic. As a member of the Front Desk department, you will work with another lead assistant and report to our lead employees. What You Will Do: Prepare charts for appoitments Update patient demographics and explain vision and medical insurance Cross train to assist clinic during busy times Greet clients as the enter and exit the office. Answer a multi-line phone system Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients.
