    • Plan, organize, and direct one or all of the following departments: Inbound, Inventory, Outbound, etc.;
      • Identify and eliminate unsafe work conditions; ensure timely completion of safety-related corrective actions;
        • Enable other departments to achieve their goals;
          • Identify training and documentation gaps with plans to close;
            • Direct & participate in periodic audits to ensure compliance;
              • Provide regular performance feedback to direct reports & conduct annual performance reviews;
                • Comply with all PRS and OSHA safety procedures & make sure all employees do the same;
                  • Proactively audit work areas & employees to continuously improve safety;
                    • Effectively communicate workloads;
                      • Drive continuous improvement activities and projects;
                        • Manage metrics along with reporting and RCCA- Develop improvement or recovery plans;
                          • A minimum of 45 hours a week is required and good attendance is a must for this position; ability to work any of the shifts in the Belton facility;
                            • Occasional domestic and international travel/approximately 5%.Qualifications and Experience:
                              • Prefer 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain or logistics;
                                • Prefer experience supervising hourly and salaried employees; in a mixed agency/full time environment;
                                  • Ability to solve issues and improve efficiency;
                                    • Experience with most plant support functions listed in description;
                                      • History of driving safety, quality, velocity and cost improvements in an industrial environment;
                                        • Excellent time-management skills, ability to prioritize and manage workload;
                                          • ERP/MRP experience required, LN/SAP a plus;
                                            • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
                                              • Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
                                                • Frequent standing, walking required;
