Job Description Locally owed and established supplier of custom injection molded parts, is seeking a Production Foreman. The company prides itself on meeting customer expectations. Job Description As a Production Foreman: Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules Guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity Follow-up on all necessary paperwork is completed Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures Ability to read and interpret blue prints a plus Job Requirements Minimum 2 years--- experience preferred Strong organization and leadership skills Strong communication skills Strong mechanical & troubleshooting skills Excellent attendance and solid work history The duties outlined within the job description are to be used as a guideline and are not meant to be all-inclusive of the essential functions of the position; other duties maybe assigned as necessary.
