McLane Shawnee drivers average $92,000 per year and our experienced drivers earn even more. We are currently offering a $10,000 sign on bonus (depending on experience). Don t mind traveling? • Average pay: $92,000 per year.
• Starting pay commensurate with experience.
• Sign-on bonus: Up to $10K, depending on experience.
• Route bids with set schedules are currently available.
• Extra Board Drivers get 2 Set Days Off each week Guaranteed.

  • At least 21 years of age.

  • At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience.
  • Meet McLane s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
  • Strong customer service skills.
