Honeywell's comprehensive portfolio in process control, monitoring, and safety systems and instrumentation provides optimized operations and maintenance efficiencies to meet diverse automation needs.RESPONSIBILITIES:--Own the overall relationships as the primary interface between Honeywell and Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)/System Integration customersLead all aspects of engagements with existing and new customersCoach and instruct internal team to understand customer's organizational structure, key decision makers and reporting relationships, purchasing process, and degree of influence of individuals involved in the purchasing processFormulate a pricing strategy based on the customer's expectations, competitive situation, potential differentiators, and other factorsContinuously identify opportunities and build credibility with EPC/System Integration customersDefine sales and growth strategy with customers while aligning with Corporate objectivesContinuously develop a pipeline of projects with assigned accounts, to include line-of-sight of future opportunitiesEducate and provide customer intelligence to drive proposal strategyProvide feedback for innovation, Voice of the Customer (VoC), capture market & industry trends, and competition intel and customer purchasing strategiesActively participate in bids & proposal teams, including effective handover of relevant informationEnsure customers stay engaged and educated on products and services through workshops, lunch and learns, meetings, and trade events.MUST HAVE:5 years related industry experience, in sales and marketing within Oil & Gas/Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy and Green Energy industriesWE VALUE:----Proven negotiation experience with mid to senior level procurement and technical executives within the related industriesSignificant experience in a Sales/Account Management related fieldExcellent communication skillsAbility to influence at varying levels across the Customer and Corporate organizationAbility to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environmentBENEFITS:--Benefits provided may differ by role and location.
