Job Description:
Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts,
components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial,
defense and general aviation sectors. Our goal is to be regarded as

deadlines and expectations.Position Description:At Enjet Aero, our
staff relies on our ability to ensure that we keep technology
operating at the highest capacity to help our business success in
delivering top quality parts to our customers. We are seeking a
Help Desk Technician to aid in meeting those needs in a dynamic
environment that utilizes different technologies. In this role,
support will be delivered to remote locations as well as in-house
at Enjet Aero's main office. Essential to this role is the ability
to both communicate clearly with end users and apply repairs as
needed for support tickets. This role over time will require growth
in knowledge as Enjet Aero strives to keep itself at the forefront
of technology as it applies to manufacturing. Our ideal candidate
will be able to deliver service at a high level of energy while
applying any relatable skills to solve problems as the first line
of service.Objectives of this RoleAnswer phone call support
requests as they arriveRespond to tickets coming into the ticketing
system with prioritization where neededReview knowledge base
articles as well as create new ones as the need risesReview
processes and where necessary refine or improve processesCreate
accounts for onboarding of new staffPrep and deploy computer
systems when necessaryWork with projects or additional duties as
assignedApply skills to improve IT operations within the
businessAssign tickets to appropriate system administrators when
necessaryDaily, Weekly and Monthly ResponsibilitiesSign into phone
queue system for taking calls dailySign in and review ticketing
system at regular intervals dailyReview Employee information to
update titles and positions WeeklyAccount Directory clean up
MonthlyAid in Asset inventory when necessarySkills and
QualificationsGeneral base knowledge of Windows operating system
(Windows 10, 11)Excellent verbal and written skillsAble to lift up
to 50 lbs. where necessaryNetwork troubleshooting knowledge is a
plusIT certifications are a plusLogical troubleshooting experience
is a plusTravel is not required as part of the position but there
may be times when travel is necessary but is limited.This position
