employees!Responsible for the maintaining and supporting
operational and ad-hoc reporting for the T-Mobile Corporate Card
and Expense program. Supports the Sr Program Managers for Expense
and Card, Corporate Travel, and the Enterprise Mileage
Reimbursement programs. Also, supports finance department level KPI
reporting, and operation and ad-hoc reporting requests from key
business partners. Key activities include creating, modifying, and
maintaining data automations, which aggregate data from multiple
data sources into a centralized reporting database, troubleshooting
data issues, updating operational reporting, creating/modifying
reporting, data visualization, and other adhoc data requests and
queries. Key tools include, SAP, Concur-Cognos, Travel data (from
Travel Management Company/TMC), Card data, HR data, Mileage data,
etc. In addition to data and reporting, this role would support the
team by maintaining operational KPIs, facilitating benchmarking
analysis, variance and root-cause analysis, and on occasion support
operational activities (e.g., operational controls, help desk
inquiries, expense report audits). Participation in department and
company projects related to corporate card and expense.Job
Responsibilities:
- Maintain data completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the
reporting data warehouse and operational reporting.
- Manage and fulfill data requests for new operational
reports/data visualization and/or ad-hoc data queries and
report/dashboard troubleshooting.
- Subject matter expert for the data repository and source data,
including working with vendor/SMEs to ensure data accuracy and
completeness.
- Coordinate with other data and reporting teams within the
department and across the company to ensure data repositories are
in line with company standards (e.g., security, employee
privacy).
- Track and manage key performance indicators and dashboards for
the team and provide read-outs.
- Analyze data and prepare variance and root-cause analysis.
- Provide support to the Sr Program Manager for program
management over the Corporate Card and Expense, Corporate Travel,
and Mileage Reimbursement.
- Strive to ensure the corporate card and expense program is
current, effective and best-in-class.
- Contribute to the development and execution of Travel, Expense,
and Card team and broader Finance goals and vision.
- Support benchmarking with peer companies and/or industry
associations, keep up-to-date on latest trends and developments
within the industry, and apply best practices to business
processes.
- Responsible for other ad-hoc projects as assigned by business
management, as needed.Education:
- Bachelor's Degree: Business, Finance, EngineeringWork
Experience:
- 2-4 Years: Proficient in SQL, Alteryx, PowerBI/Tableau/Data
Visualization
- 2-4 Years: Experience with travel, expense and card processes
and data, including strong background with Concur/Cognos, SAP,
Workday, TMC data, Card data, etc.

general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The
successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors,
such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the
actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile,
employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an
annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their
role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus
based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at
a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses
