Assistant Manager, you will support senior leadership on the
following duties: Inspire and guide a team of retail associates to
achieve sales targets, maintain high performance standards, and
foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Actively
participate in sales activities, engage with customers to
understand their needs, and implement strategies to enhance the
overall shopping experience and maximize sales. Ensure the smooth
and efficient running of the store, including opening and closing
procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining
visual merchandising standards. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback,
and training to new and existing team members on product knowledge,
sales techniques, and company policies and procedures. Monitor
stock levels, assist with receiving and processing merchandise, and
ensure that products are displayed attractively and effectively to
drive customer interest. Address customer inquiries, complaints,
and issues promptly and professionally, striving to achieve
satisfactory resolutions and maintain customer loyalty. Ensure
compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety
guidelines, maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store
environment.
