Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director
of Sales Systems to lead our IT department's sales systems
function. As the Senior Director, you will be responsible for
overseeing the strategic planning, development, implementation, and
management of our sales systems and technologies. This role
requires a strong background in sales systems, exceptional
leadership abilities, and expertise in leveraging technology to
enhance sales operations and drive revenue growth.About You -

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business
Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is
preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales systems management,
with progressive responsibility and leadership in a corporate sales

- Strong knowledge of sales systems, including CRM platforms
(e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), sales automation tools,
sales analytics, and related applications.
- Proven experience in leading system implementations,
integrations, and customizations within a sales function.

record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to
successful completion.
- Proven ability to translate complex sales and technical
concepts into actionable recommendations.

and sales enablement strategies.What will you be doing in this
role?
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive
strategy for sales systems that aligns with the organization's
sales goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for system
improvements, automation, and data-driven insights to enhance sales
processes and drive revenue growth.
- Systems Management: Oversee the selection, implementation,
integration, and maintenance of sales systems, including customer
relationship management (CRM) platforms, sales automation tools,
sales analytics, and related applications. Ensure the systems are
properly configured, optimized, and compliant with industry
standards and data privacy regulations.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales and
cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes, workflows,
and data management through system enhancements. Continuously
assess existing systems and procedures to identify areas for
improvement, scalability, and efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales systems
team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance management to
team members. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture,
promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with sales
executives, stakeholders, and IT teams to understand business
requirements, sales strategies, and challenges. Serve as a trusted
advisor, providing insights and recommendations on leveraging
technology to enhance sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and
overall sales performance.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure sales systems adhere to
regulatory compliance, data privacy regulations, and internal
controls. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging
technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to sales systems and
data management.
- Project Management: Lead system implementation projects,
including CRM system upgrades, integrations, and customizations.
Develop project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and
monitor progress to ensure successful and timely project
delivery.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and third-party
service providers to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and
oversee service level agreements (SLAs). Evaluate vendor
performance and make recommendations for vendor selection or
