Job Description:
Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Technician – Precast Concrete
Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level
Certifications: PCI Level I, II, or III preferred (or ability to
obtain) Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to
support our precast concrete manufacturing and construction
operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, familiar
with industry standards, and capable of identifying and resolving
quality-related issues in a fast-paced production environment. Key
Responsibilities: Perform quality inspections of precast concrete
products during all phases of production Document test results,
measurements, and findings accurately Ensure products meet project
specifications and PCI/industry standards Work closely with
production teams to identify and correct quality issues Assist with
maintaining and updating QC records and reports Participate in
audits, material testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications: Familiarity with precast concrete quality standards
and best practices PCI Level I, II, or III certification preferred,
or willingness to obtain Strong problem-solving skills and
attention to detail Ability to read and interpret drawings,
specifications, and technical documents Basic computer skills for
reporting and documentation Good communication and teamwork
