We offer true mentorship every step of the way! - Conduct behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Essentials For Living, Vineland) - Develop and monitor treatment plans and behavior intervention plans - Determine frequency and direction of services for children receiving ABA therapy - Provide ongoing supervision of Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians to maintain clinical quality for clients served - Monitor client progress regularly through data analysis to ensure treatment integrity and progress - Provide parent counseling/training - Collaborate effectively with other interdisciplinary team members to maintain high-quality, coordinated care - Complete all treatment documentation in accordance with Astra ABA deadlines and BACB guidelines - Maintain all documentation in accordance with BACB guidelines, state, and insurance requirements - Participate in company, clinical, and professional meetings or development activities as required - What you don’t know, we’ll teach ;)
