globally. As a Line Cook II, you are responsible for delivering
exceptional culinary experiences to our guests under the guidance
of our celebrated chefs. Prepare high-quality dishes following the
exact recipe and presentation specifications set by the kitchen
chef. Assist in the setup and stocking of the kitchen stations.
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements
by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage. Collaborate
with front of house staff to ensure meals are served in a timely
fashion. Monitor inventory and report any shortages to kitchen
management. Participate in training for kitchen staff and help
guide junior chefs and support staff. Proficiency in various
cooking methods and techniques. Strong understanding of health and
safety regulations. Ability to perform well under intense kitchen
conditions. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Time
management skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional Culinary Certification
preferred. Food Safety Certification (e.g., ServSafe) is
beneficial.
